hi i am having a bajaj platina 125 cc bike, my procedure to start the bike is first i engage the first gear and hold the clutch and then press the power start button to start the engine....is it correct procedure?, one of my friend suggest me that 'dont use power start when the transmission is not neutral, ensure the transmission is neutral and then use power start'....i was confused,please give me correct procedure to start my bike...if my current procedure is wrong ,then give me the actual reason for that.

The bike will start much easier if the transmission is in neutral. A 125 with an electric starter ? Something is wrong here......
